Working with Long Exposure

My project is working with long exposures. In my shots, I try to use manipulate the camera's settings to create trails of light that wouldn't normally be observed in a short exposure photo. The photos so far use vehicles for their speed in creating motion through the picture. I also usually shoot on the same level as the cars. Only in one of the photos do I find a different vantage point to shoot photos.

Experimentation

This week, the class was encouraged to use various filters and editing tools in Adobe Photoshop and PicMonkey. I used may filters in Photoshop and experimented with individual filters as well as combining filters. Each photo is captioned with its filter.

"For Mother Russia" When seeing this photo with the Poster Edges filter, we thought it reminded us of an old Russian Propaganda...
