This week, we had to accentuate the foreground and background in a technique call "Depth Staging". This created the problem of finding the right distance to focus on the background and blur the foreground, or vice versa. Although this was hard the first day, it became easier the second.
I added this last photo since I realized I forgot a 6th image...
I love all of your photos! I think the ones that fit the assignment the most are the television one and the one above that. My favorite one is the one of the ground second to the top, but i think it could be changed to fit the assignment more by putting a more obvious object in the frame. Even without it, it still shows really good depth.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to say the television photo and the road are the two best photos. They really capture and exaggerate the depth in the real world, especially the street photo. Pretty snazzy stuff. Your least developed photo is the last one I think. The background just seems a bit cluttered and I don't really feel the depth. But hey, who am I to talk?
ReplyDeleteAll of your photos are really amazing. I have to say my favorite one is the one of the road with the truck in the background. In that picture you can really tell the difference in space and depth. You captured the moment really well. I think your least developed photo would be the first photo. I can't really tell what you're focusing on. But overall really cool shots !
ReplyDeleteI really like the photo with the television. It shows a lot of depth. The one of the road with the truck on the background is my favorite one. I think that for your last picture you could have made it a little better. It doesn't feel like the other ones. Good photos.
